We harvested our very first vanilla crop in 2005 and it was shown to local chefs who instantly fell in love with the flavour, aroma and quality of Heilala Vanilla. This prompted us to create a range of products for a growing number of customers who wanted an alternative to nasty imitations and loved the one of a kind plantation to pantry story. From small beginnings of just our vanilla beans the range soon grew to include our vanilla extract, paste, sugar, syrup and most recently our vanilla bean ice cream. 

Our product range is now sold in specialty food retail, used by leading Chefs in top end restaurants as well as gourmet food manufacturers.

Our range of Heilala Vanilla products has also been designed in a range of foodservice sizes and strengths to suit our Chefs and Food Manufacturers.
