    • In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Add the vanilla paste and mix until combined.
    • Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  2. Shape and Bake the Cookies:
    • Divide the dough in half, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    • Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes (rounds, squares, or holiday shapes).
    • Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. Dip in Chocolate:
    • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
