This festive chocolate bark combines rich Guittard chocolate with aromatic Heilala Vanilla for a deliciously thoughtful gift.

  1. Melt the Chocolate:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.

Spread and Top:

  • Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Sprinkle with vanilla powder and any desired toppings, such as crushed nuts, dried fruit, sea salt, or festive sprinkles.
  1. Set and Break:
    • Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or place it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to harden.
    • Once fully set, break the bark into pieces.
