Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a 12inch cast iron skillet with baking paper.
Melt the butter over a low heat in a saucepan or in the microwave. In a large bowl, mix together the butter, Tahini, salt, and sugars until well combined.
Add the eggs and Heilala Vanilla Extract and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and baking soda and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula until just combined. Carefully stir in the chocolate chips.
Tip dough into the skillet and press down so that the skillet is filled.
Top with extra chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the outside begins to turn a golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds and serve with vanilla ice cream.
