1 ready-made sweet pastry pie shell
2 cups pumpkin purée
2 eggs
½ cup cream
½ cup Heilala Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp Heilala Pumpkin Spice Extract
1 tsp Heilala x Bon Appetit Double Fold Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Whisk pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, pumpkin spice extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 40–45 mins until set. Cool before slicing.
