    Easy Pumpkin Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 ready-made sweet pastry pie shell

    • 2 cups pumpkin purée

    • 2 eggs

    • ½ cup cream

    • ½ cup Heilala Vanilla Sugar

    • 1 tsp Heilala Pumpkin Spice Extract

    • 1 tsp Heilala x Bon Appetit Double Fold Vanilla Extract

    Method

    1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

    2. Whisk pumpkin, eggs, cream, sugar, pumpkin spice extract, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    3. Pour into pie shell.

    4. Bake 40–45 mins until set. Cool before slicing.
