Frosting Ingredients
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp butter, softened
1 tsp Heilala x Bon Appetit Double Fold Vanilla Paste
1–2 tbsp milk
Method
Preheat oven to 340°F.
Grease a loaf tin. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
Add pumpkin purée, eggs, oil, and Vanilla Paste. Mix until smooth.
Pour into the prepared tin and bake for 50–55 minutes, or until golden and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
For the frosting, beat butter, icing sugar, vanilla paste, and milk together until light and fluffy. Spread frosting over the cooled loaf. Slice and enjoy!
